About EasyCare Family Dental

The people behind EasyCare

EasyCare is owned and run by Dr Majid Serpoosh and Dr Sheyda Almasloo, partners in life and in the practice.

We created EasyCare around a simple idea: pay attention to the person, not only the tooth. We want you to understand what we see, what your choices are and what happens next.

Owned by your dentists

The dentists who own EasyCare are the dentists caring for you

EasyCare is independently owned by us, Dr Majid Serpoosh and Dr Sheyda Almasloo. We are husband and wife, practice owners and the dentists who work here.

For us, that matters. We want you to know who is looking after you and to build a relationship that continues beyond a single appointment. When you return, we can pick up from your dental history, what you have told us and how you prefer to be cared for.

You are coming back to people who know you.

Our story

Why we created EasyCare

Before he became a dentist, Majid had a painful appointment where he felt rushed and unheard. The experience stayed with him through his move from engineering into dentistry. It shaped the kind of practice he wanted to build with Sheyda.

EasyCare grew from a simple question: if we could build a dental practice around the experience we would want as patients ourselves, what would we do differently?

  • Listen before rushing into treatment.
  • Explain what we can see and the options available.
  • Give people time to ask questions.
  • Notice when someone looks uncomfortable, even if they do not say anything.

We wanted people to feel cared for by dentists who knew them, rather than simply moving through an appointment. That became the foundation of EasyCare Family Dental.

How we care

We pay attention to the person, not only the tooth

Good dentistry involves more than what we can see on an X-ray or what treatment a tooth needs. It also means understanding the person sitting in the dental chair.

Some people tell us immediately when they are nervous. Others do not. We pay attention to small signs, such as a change in breathing, tension in your hands or a movement during an injection. If something does not feel right, we would rather pause, ask how you are feeling and give you a moment than assume everything is okay.

If dental visits make you nervous, see how we support nervous patients and what to expect at your first appointment.

Our approach

What matters to us

Listen before treating

We want to understand what brought you in, what concerns you and what you hope to achieve.

Explain before deciding

Where there are different treatment options, we explain them clearly so you can make an informed decision.

Notice what is not being said

Comfort is not always communicated in words. We pay attention to how you are feeling throughout your appointment.

Treat people as we would want to be treated

That simple principle has shaped many of the decisions we have made at EasyCare.

The space

We chose this space for a reason

We wanted EasyCare to feel different from the moment you arrive. We chose a practice with natural light, views of green trees and open sky because the surroundings can affect how a dental visit feels.

Our reception area is a place to settle in, with music, television and refreshments available while you wait. In the treatment rooms, natural light and outside views make the space feel more open.

These may seem like small details. To us, they are part of caring for the person as well as their teeth.

Meet your dentists

Two dentists. Different strengths. One philosophy.

We both completed our dental training at Griffith University and bring different experiences and interests to EasyCare. Majid's earlier work as an engineer still influences his approach to planning and problem-solving. Sheyda's interests include Invisalign, veneers, cosmetic dentistry and children's dental care. We both want to provide the kind of dental experience we would want for ourselves and our family. Our individual pages have more about each of us.
