BEFORE YOU CONTACT US
A few useful
answers.
Is EasyCare a 24-hour dentist? +
No. After-hours visits are by arrangement and depend on the dentist, assistant and building being available. Text and wait for confirmation before travelling.
Is a same-day appointment guaranteed? +
No. Timing depends on clinical priority and capacity. If we cannot see you, ask about the next appointment and alternative urgent care. Do not wait for a text reply for a time-critical injury.
Can you treat an infected wisdom tooth? +
We assess wisdom tooth pain and swelling, then explain suitable treatment. Removal is not always the first step. Read our wisdom tooth pain guide or wisdom tooth removal information.
Can a tooth be removed at the first visit? +
Sometimes, when removal is appropriate and time allows. Your assessment, medical history and the complexity of the tooth determine the options. Read about tooth removal and root canal treatment.
Should I call, text or book online? +
Call during clinic hours for significant pain, swelling, bleeding or injury. Text for after-hours appointment enquiries; replies are not immediate. Use online times for a stable concern. A knocked-out adult tooth needs immediate dental care. If you cannot reach us, contact another dentist.
What should I include in a text? +
Briefly describe the concern, when it started and any swelling, bleeding or injury. For a child, include their age. Texts are for enquiries rather than diagnosis. Read our privacy information.
