I had my first appointment at EasyCare Family Dental today and was really impressed. The team was friendly, welcoming and professional from start to finish. Dr Sheyda Almasloo was thorough, took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease. I left with a clear treatment plan and confidence that I’m in great hands. The undercover parking is also a huge bonus. Highly recommend!

I am appreciative of the kindness and understanding of my pain with an infection in my molar tooth. I had never had teeth problems before and the level of understanding and ability to book in for an emergency appointment gave great relief to be listened.
Attending as a new patient, the professionalism from Dental Assistant Alison and Dentist Dr Majid Serpoosh was impressive and I felt really listened to my personal pain and circumstances.
Everything was explained to me and I felt very comfortable with the support and care given to me whilst undergoing root canal treatment.

Had my wisdom tooth removed today by Dr Majid and honestly it was such a smooth experience. I was really nervous beforehand, but the whole procedure was quick, gentle and pretty much pain-free. Even a few hours later I’m feeling surprisingly good.

I came in to get a crown treatment and I’m really grateful for the care I received.
My English isn’t very good so I struggled to communicate properly, but the staff were still very kind and patient, which made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment.
They explained the treatment plan and costs clearly beforehand, and the clinic was clean and well maintained. Overall it was a very good dental clinic experience.
I would definitely like to come back to this clinic for any future dental treatment.

Dr Majid is the best dentist I’ve encountered in my many unfortunate visits to countless dentists. He was very easy to talk to and gather an understanding of what needed to be done. He is genuinely compassionate and cares. He did everything he could to ease any dental anxiety. I look forward to Dr Majid’s help with dental work in the future and recommend this clinic to anyone needing treatment done.

I have a huge phobia of dental experiences and needles, during my wisdom teeth removal Dr Majid and his dental assistant were incredible! They gave me all the time I needed and didn’t pressure or rush the experience, he was explaining everything in detail and showing me all the instruments so I would feel better and his assistant was talking to me and holding my hand being very supportive. They truly are the best dentistry i’ve been too and I will absolutely go back and recommend to anyone!

After my initial visit, it's easy to tell this practice knows how to take care of people. It was easy to book the appointment and receive treatment with all the information I needed. They also gave a helpful care plan which includes a cost breakdown. If you're looking for a local dentist this definitely wouldn't be a bad one!

Dr Majid and Dr Sheyda are extraordinary. I have been a patient of EasyCare Family Dental since moving to Brisbane in 2022 and couldn’t be more grateful for the caring and expert approach they apply to all aspects of their practice. Finding a new dentist can be a little daunting - Majid and Sheyda make it easy.
Majid has performed my regular checkups, cleaning and procedures such as fillings, tooth extraction, sealants etc, and is always gentle, thorough and communicates at each step. He is responsive and takes regular pauses during treatment to make sure I am comfortable. After removing my wisdom teeth a few years ago (which was astonishingly straight forward and pain free!) my recovery was textbook with no complications.
Sheyda oversaw my Invisalign treatment, and from our initial consult I knew I was in safe hands. She clearly outlined each step of the Invisalign process and what to expect, and provided expert care throughout each of my review appointments.
The dental assistants are friendly, easy to communicate with, careful during treatment and expertly manage appointments, payments etc. The dental practice itself is in a great location with plenty of parking. It is a lovely space, well-lit and welcoming. I particularly enjoy the happy dog videos on the TV in the waiting room 😊

Caring professional attention was what I experienced during my recent dental emergency.

My husband and I were patients of Dr MJ a few years ago and we were thrilled to find him again. He is now in EasyCare Family Dental at East Brisbane. He is hands down the best, most gentle and thorough dentist we have ever had. Dr MJ explained everything carefully, he ensured we understood each step and he is calm and professional. Today I visited Dr. Majid, after a long and frustrating journey with a previous dental filling that required six separate adjustments. During the final visit with the previous dentist, a suggestion was made that didn’t sit right with me—and unfortunately, the issue remained unresolved.
As soon as I sat down with Dr. Majid and opened my mouth, he immediately identified the problem. I felt a huge sense of relief and happiness—finally, someone was able to pinpoint the issue, quickly and accurately.. I was genuinely impressed by his skill, knowledge, and sharp diagnostic ability.
Throughout the entire procedure, Dr. Majid was incredibly patient and considerate. He made sure I was comfortable, offering breaks and consistently checking in to see how I was doing. I also noticed that the equipment they used seemed modern and up-to-date, which I believe adds an extra layer of capability to any practitioner.
The nurse, Matina, was equally kind and skilled. Her support during the process made the experience even more comfortable and reassuring.

I and my kids have been coming to see Majid for several years now, and it comes as close to a positive experience as a trip to the dentist can! 😂
Majid is gentle, patient, considerate, and responsive to your reactions throughout the entire process, offering you little breaks to make things more comfortable, and not laying on the flossing guilt too thick.
I also have never had the impression that he is trying to find ways to upsell or make extra dollars from you unless it's necessary, unlike past dentists. Very honest, trustworthy, and reliable, and I'll be sticking around!

I lost a filling and was very scared, thinking my tooth might break at any moment. I was able to book an appointment the same day very easily and quickly through the website with just a few clicks.
This was my first experience with Dr. Majid. When I arrived, Charlotte, the assistant, welcomed us warmly and we quickly filled out a patient form. The reception process was very fast, and I think I saw the doctor in less than 5 minutes, which really helped reduce my stress.
At first impression, Dr. Majid seemed very precise and professional. He examined me carefully, took an X-ray, and explained the treatment plan in great detail. The anesthetic injection was done so smoothly that I didn’t even notice it—although he told me it might hurt, I was still waiting for the pain when he suddenly said it was done!
Dr. Majid restored my tooth so well that I think it looks even better than it did originally. I had no pain at all in the following days. The price he gave me was also very reasonable—not too high and not too low.
Today I even booked an appointment for my wife. The clinic is very clean and modern. Overall, it was an excellent, pain-free experience. I really liked it and I think we’ve found our family dentist.

I’ve been coming here since I first moved to the area, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! The appointment is always fantastic, and the dentist and assistant are both incredibly friendly and welcoming. It’s never too busy, so I’ve never had to deal with long wait times. Consistently a great experience, definitely a solid 5 stars!

I had horrible wisdom tooth pain that i had been putting off for years, and was TERRIFIED of going to the dentist - however the team here were beyond comforting and helpful with making me feel settled and fully informed of the process. I am still in shock at just how professional, quick, and generally lovely the Doctor and Nurses were 🙂

My daughters have been going to see Dr Majid since they were little toddlers and I can honestly say the service is impeccable. Dr Serpoosh provided a great service. I had toothache and he was able to see me the following day. He listened to my concerns, was thorough with investigations and explained what was wrong. I ended up having root canal treatment. Dr Serpoosh was reassuring, explained the procedure and I didn’t feel any pain. I’d recommend his practice to my friends and family

I went to Dr Majid with wisdom pain and he took it out that same day. A very difficult removal and painful recovery but Dr Majid was wonderful with his after care and made sure I was ok with my pain and asked if I needed my follow up appointment sooner. Great dentist, thank you!

Mr. Mj helped me a lot with my toothache. I made an appointment the day before at 10pm and got one for the next day straight away. He is very professional, friendly and helpful. If I had problems with my teeth again, I would go back. He even asks how you are doing days after the operation and then takes care of things if something isn't right. Thank you very much.

Highly recommend EasyCare! Dr.Majid did a great job fixing all my cavities and placing a crown on one of my teeth. Throughout the whole process he was attentive, friendly and thorough, making sure everything is done right and to the best quality. Will definitely be back 🙂

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the dentist Dr Majid was honest and straight forward. I have been to other dentists that exaggerated what my needs were in order to make more money ! So I wish I had switched to EasyCare Family Dental sooner.

This clinic is a beautiful relaxing environment. The team are great at communicating, and are upfront and clear about expectations inclusive of pricing. The online booking system is easy and effective. Finding a great dentist can be such a challenge, so give yourself the gift of oral health and book in as soon as you can.

Had my first ever tooth extraction about an hour ago. Low fuss, professional, efficient experience. Uncomfortable but not painful with Dr Majid checking how I was feeling frequently. Clinic was spotlessly clean and his dental nurse was very calm and capable.

I had a nasty infection in my wisdom tooth and Dr Majid booked me for an emergency appointment the next morning after calling him really late in the day. I was so grateful that he recognised I was in a lot of pain and was eager to help. I ended up seeing him twice for two extractions and I was so happy with his service. He was very friendly, put my nerves completely at ease, regularly checked in about my pain and comfort, and really gave me thorough and professional care. I can’t recommend this practice highly enough!

Dr Majid is a expert of his craft. Thoroughly explains each step and guides you calmly through the entire process; very emotionally intelligent. Would highly recommend this Dentist. I’m from the UK and do not have brilliant teeth. I went to see Dr. Majid over a year ago who examined my teeth and came up with a treatment plan. Following two root canals, two crowns, several fillings and the first session of a tooth implant surgery, I have to say that he is the best dentist who has worked on my teeth. I have never experienced any pain ( apart from the injections occasionally) during any of my treatments. I had my tooth implant surgery yesterday and now have very little pain.
Dr Majid’s assistants are very friendly and have a caring manner - just what you need when a little nervous. Sometimes, Dr Majid’s wife acts as his assistant, who is also a dentist! So you get two dentists for the price of one! Easy Care Family Dental have recently moved to new premises, with state of the art equipment. Now further for me to travel, but I consider that irrelevant when considering the treatment which I receive. Definitely recommended.

I’m nervous about going to the dentist. Can you help?
Yes. Many people feel anxious about dental treatment. We take a calm, step-by-step approach, explain what is happening and give you time when you need it.
We also make sure you are comfortably numb before treatment begins and encourage you to tell us at any point if you need a break.
What happens at my first appointment?
Your first visit includes a comprehensive dental examination, a professional scale and clean with fluoride, and check-up bitewing X-rays if they are clinically required.
We’ll explain what we find and discuss any treatment options with you before deciding what happens next.
How much is a new patient check-up and clean?
Our new patient check-up and clean package is $300.
It includes a comprehensive examination, professional scale, clean and polish, fluoride treatment and check-up bitewing X-rays when clinically indicated.
Do you accept health funds and HICAPS?
Yes. HICAPS is available for on-the-spot health fund claiming. Bring your physical or digital health fund card and our reception team can process your claim at the practice.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Afterpay and Humm are available as flexible payment options.
For treatment requiring further appointments, we’ll explain the proposed treatment and provide an itemised quote so you understand the expected costs.
Can I book an emergency dental appointment?
Yes. We reserve appointments for urgent problems such as toothache, swelling and broken teeth, with same-day appointments available when possible.
